Utilize advanced analytics techniques to provide valuable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making for the organization. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders in HR, business units, and other departments to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions. Design and execute data analysis projects to support various HR initiatives, such as talent acquisition, talent management, and diversity and inclusion. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in people analytics to continuously improve and enhance our analytics capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and gather relevant data from various sources and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Create visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards and reports to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders. Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Provide training and support to HR and business teams on how to interpret and use people analytics data effectively. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline data analysis and reporting.
